Key Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns using Braze, ensuring timely and accurate delivery across channels.
* Manage multi-channel campaigns including email marketing, push notifications, and in-app messaging to increase engagement and loyalty.
* Develop and manage marketing newsletters, handling content planning, creation, testing, deployment, and post-campaign analysis.
* Ensure email content and design are optimized for multiple devices to provide a seamless user experience.
* Oversee CRM tool utilization for improved efficiency and performance.
* Monitor and analyze customer lifetime value strategies to drive profitability.
* Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and share best practices across the business.
* Provide internal support for marketing projects and coordinate with external partners and agencies when necessary.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM or digital marketing roles, preferably in the retail sector.
* Strong hands-on experience with Braze CRM platform.
* Professional qualification in digital marketing is an advantage.
* Experience in driving website traffic and app downloads.
* Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and a strong understanding of customer engagement strategies.
