**What You’ll Do**
* Oversee contract lifecycle management, including drafting, reviewing, and executing lease agreements and addenda
* Ensure full compliance with UAE leasing laws and internal policies
* Maintain accurate documentation using Yardi CRM and workflow systems
* Provide timely responses to tenant inquiries, complaints, and lease-related issues
* Assist in budgeting, data reporting, and tracking property KPIs
* Support process optimization initiatives within CRM and leasing workflows
* Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal departments
**Ideal Profile**
* Minimum 4 years of experience in UAE leasing or real estate customer service
* In-depth understanding of UAE real estate leasing regulations and best practices
* Strong contract drafting and administrative skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Yardi property management software
* Excellent communication, organization, and customer interaction skills
