Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers while maintaining high service quality.
- Identify and maximize selling and cross-selling opportunities where applicable.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions efficiently.
- Stay updated on real estate trends, property listings, and client services to provide informed assistance.
- Participate in outbound calling campaigns and additional customer service projects as required.
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Bilingual fluency in English (B2+ level).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general PC applications.
- Bachelor\'s degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Professional telephone etiquette with a friendly and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as per department requirements.
