Looking for Customer Service Executive to work in the Complaints and feedback department for a leading Real Estate Developer in Dubai
- One would manage queries and complaints in an efficient and professional timely manner.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- should have a- positive attitude- & should be Goal oriented
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Should have experience in customer services within Real Estate industry in UAE of 3-5 years
- To be able to work under pressure.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customer’s related issues
- With excellent knowledge in Microsoft office
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- To be already based in the UAE
Salary: AED 8,000 to 10,000 pm .
