This role is pivotal in delivering an exceptional customer experience within one of Majid Al Futtaim’s premium shopping malls by ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the Customer Service Information Desk.

Job Overview
As a Customer Service Officer, you will act as the first point of contact for mall visitors—providing guidance, handling inquiries, and resolving complaints to uphold Majid Al Futtaim’s service excellence standards. Your ability to deliver accurate information and a warm, professional experience is essential to ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Operate the mall’s Customer Service Information Desk and assist guests with directions, information, and general inquiries
* Stay updated on mall amenities, store locations, services, and promotional events
* Respond to customer queries by phone and in-person with professionalism and efficiency
* Handle and resolve customer complaints in accordance with service policies and procedures
* Support the execution and management of the mall’s Gift Card program, ensuring accurate transaction processing
* Ensure all customer interactions reflect the highest standard of courtesy and attentiveness
* Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer service issues when necessary
* Maintain clear, accurate logs and reports for inquiries, feedback, and daily operations

Job Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in shopping malls or luxury hospitality in the GCC
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
* Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
* Proficient in handling POS systems and basic reporting tools
* Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
* Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed
