Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Retail is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. This role will handle customer inquiries and complaints, oversee daily department operations, maintain visual merchandising standards, and manage specialized services such as Bra Fit, Suit Fit, and Barista. The position also includes responsibility for cash handling processes and coaching team members to meet performance goals.

What You’ll Do
• Provide efficient customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally
• Serve as the first point of contact for escalated concerns, ensuring complete resolution and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with the Duty Manager to oversee daily department operations
• Coach and support the customer service team to achieve performance targets
• Ensure visual merchandising meets company guidelines and maintain high store presentation standards
• Count and balance cash floats at opening and closing, following company policies
• Oversee specialized services including Bra Fit, Suit Fit, and Barista, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction
• Promote a culture of service excellence across all touchpoints
Ideal Profile
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in retail
• Proven ability to handle customer interactions and resolve issues effectively
• Experience supervising and motivating teams
• Strong attention to detail in operations and merchandising
• Proficiency in cash handling and financial procedures
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
