Data Analyst – Real Estate & Design

Azizi Developments is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Design 360 Studio in Dubai. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support design strategies and improve project performance. The ideal candidate will work closely with creative teams, providing data-driven insights to enhance design outcomes and optimize decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and manage data from multiple sources, including project data, user behavior, market trends, and performance metrics
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights that support design and development strategies
- Collaborate with the design team to provide data-driven recommendations and optimize project outcomes
- Interpret customer and user data to assist in developing personas, user journeys, and strategic design direction
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of design initiatives
- Create clear, concise, and visually appealing data visualizations and dashboards for stakeholders and design teams
- Support A/B testing and design experiments to measure the impact of design changes
- Work cross-functionally with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to solve challenges using data-driven insights
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in design and user experience through data analysis
- Prepare and present detailed reports, ensuring clear communication of insights and results
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience working as a data analyst, preferably in a design or real estate environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and extract insights from complex datasets
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) research and design processes is an advantage
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data insights clearly and effectively
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
