What You’ll Do

* Develop visually impactful dashboards and reports using Power BI
* Perform data mining, feature engineering, and statistical analysis for actionable insights
* Integrate advanced analytics solutions across business units for pricing, claims, and sales optimization

* Drive continuous innovation through experimentation with emerging technologies

Ideal Profile
* Master’s degree preferred; Bachelor’s in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, and predictive analytics
* Strong programming skills in Python or R and experience building data pipelines
* Expertise in NLP, hypothesis testing, and conceptual modeling
* Proficiency in Power BI and knowledge of Alteryx or similar visualization tools
* Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or cloud-based environments
* Strong storytelling and data visualization skills for non-technical audiences
* Business acumen with ability to translate insights into impactful business strategies
