Job Overview
This position plays a crucial role in financial planning and analysis within Al-Futtaim Real Estate (AFRE), DFC, and Malls. You will ensure timely financial reporting, assist in budget and forecast preparation, drive process enhancements, and act as a liaison between the finance team and business units. Your insights will directly influence key business decisions and ensure robust financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage timely month-end closings, revenue recognition, and cash flow forecasting
* Ensure monthly balance sheet integrity with proper substantiation and documentation
* Prepare and analyze annual budgets, reforecasts, and financial plans with cross-functional teams
* Investigate and explain budget variances, suggesting corrective actions where needed
* Support automation of financial reporting processes and contribute to finance improvement projects
* Consolidate revenue and KPIs across entities in the real estate portfolio for internal and external reporting
* Liaise with RESI/COMM and Malls Finance teams to deliver strategic analysis for operating assets
* Build financial models and dashboards using Power BI and Excel to guide performance decisions

Job Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of experience in financial and management accounting
* Strong background in real estate or mall accounting preferred
* Advanced skills in MS Office, Power BI, Power Pivot, and Power Query
* Working knowledge of SAP, BPC, ARIBA, and YARDI ERP systems
* Proficiency in financial modelling and data interpretation
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills
* Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CIMA certification preferred
