Saeed Juma Al Naboodah Real Estate Co. LLC is seeking a skilled Foreman to oversee daily maintenance operations and emergency callouts at assigned real estate properties. The role involves managing site activities, ensuring timely procurement of materials, and coordinating with technicians and stakeholders to maintain property safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience handling maintenance tasks, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Function: Site Supervision & Maintenance
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or foreman role in real estate, construction, or property management
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in construction, engineering, or maintenance is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance operations, ensuring timely and quality completion of tasks
- Coordinate with technicians, safety officers, and team leaders to handle emergency callouts effectively
- Ensure procurement of materials and tools aligns with Material Requisitions (MR) and operational timelines
- Maintain inventory of spare parts, consumables, and materials to support routine and emergency maintenance
- Research suppliers and materials to ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards
- Manage workforce deployment, prioritizing emergency interventions and maintenance tasks
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, ensuring effective resolution and communication with stakeholders
- Participate in toolbox talks and team meetings to enforce workplace safety standards
- Ensure compliance with company procedures for material procurement and site operations
- Identify potential safety hazards and implement proactive measures to mitigate risks
- Recommend cost-saving strategies for procurement and maintenance while maintaining operational efficiency
- Monitor and report on site operation budgets, ensuring alignment with financial targets
- Prepare and submit reports on site operations, procurement, and emergency callout handling
- Maintain accurate records of materials purchased, work completed, and safety inspections
- Perform additional administrative tasks as requested by the Property Supervisor or Head of Department to support smooth site operations
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of maintenance operations, emergency handling, and site supervision
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage workforce deployment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with procurement processes and inventory management
