We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our Sales & Marketing division, contributing to the growth and success of our organization. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, along with strong leadership and strategic skills. Fluency in Urdu and a minimum of 10-12 years of experience within the UAE real estate sector are prerequisites for this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and achievement.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
-Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to drive business development opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and design, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the UAE real estate regulatory environment and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10-12 years of progressive experience in the UAE real estate market.
- Proven track record of successfully leading sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including proficiency in Urdu.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and performance-driven work culture.
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE real estate industry, market dynamics, and legal regulations.
