You’ll rotate across various departments to gain holistic exposure, engage in real-world projects, and receive mentorship from seasoned leaders. This is an ideal platform to build a solid foundation and grow into strategic roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Participate in six-month generalist rotations followed by a 12-month functional specialization
* Contribute to business operations, project support, and performance reporting
* Assist with project management, data analysis, and stakeholder communication
* Prepare presentations and participate in strategic decision-making sessions
* Collaborate cross-functionally across business units
* Attend training sessions, workshops, and leadership development programs
* Support sustainability, marketing, or design initiatives depending on placement
* Actively contribute to a culture of innovation, teamwork, and excellence

Job Requirements

* UAE national with a valid family book
* Recent graduate or final year student in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or related fields
* Demonstrated internships or prior work experience preferred
* Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
* Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
