Key Responsibilities
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding activities
* Assist in compensation, benefits, and rewards data analysis
* Contribute to workplace culture and diversity initiatives
* Help organize and monitor learning and development programs
* Provide support in employee relations and performance management cycles
* Collaborate with Human Capital Business Partners on various HR operations
* Gain exposure to people analytics and policy formulation
* Maintain accurate HR documentation and reports
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Fresh graduate or recent graduate with a strong interest in Human Capital
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
