Job Overview
Azizi Developments is seeking a skilled ID BIM Modeler to join our expanding Design 360 Studio in Dubai. This role plays a key part in our signature developments such as Burj Azizi, Monaco Mansions, and Azizi Venice. You will work under the Interior Design Manager to produce highly detailed 3D BIM models focused on interior joinery, millwork, and furniture integration, ensuring design accuracy and construction readiness.

Job Overview
As an ID BIM Modeler, you will lead the creation of precise 3D interior models and construction documentation, specializing in joinery and interior detailing. You will ensure coordination across disciplines and support contractors throughout the build phase.
Key Responsibilities
* Create detailed 3D Revit models of interior spaces, including walls, ceilings, furniture, and joinery elements
* Develop custom joinery and millwork elements such as cabinetry, wardrobes, and shelving systems
* Integrate architectural and MEP systems with interior design features using Navisworks for clash detection
* Produce high-quality construction and shop drawings including material specifications and detailed joinery instructions
* Participate in coordination meetings with design, architecture, and MEP teams to resolve conflicts
* Conduct model audits to ensure compliance with project requirements, UAE regulations, and quality standards
* Coordinate with contractors and fabricators to ensure accurate interpretation of models and feasibility of designs
* Provide technical support during the construction phase, especially for custom joinery installations
Job Requirements
* Minimum 7 years of BIM modeling experience, with at least 4 years in the UAE on interior design projects
* Expert proficiency in Revit, with a focus on interior detailing and joinery
* Solid experience with Navisworks for clash detection and model coordination
* Strong AutoCAD skills for 2D detailing and documentation
* Knowledge of UAE building codes, accessibility standards, and interior design regulations
* Familiarity with BIM 360 or similar cloud platforms is an added advantage
