The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and effective time management to ensure inspection reports and photographs are delivered accurately and on schedule.

What You’ll Do
* Coordinate with property occupiers to arrange suitable inspection times
* Conduct property inspections punctually and record detailed notes
* Capture a complete set of property photographs and upload with notes to the designated system folder
* Check property condition and surrounding areas during inspections
* Present the company in a professional manner at all times
* Ensure inspection notes and photographs are uploaded in a timely manner for valuation purposes
* Follow health and safety precautions during site visits, including readiness when driving across the city
Ideal Profile
* Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
* Strong geographical knowledge of Dubai and surrounding areas
* Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
* Good time management and organizational abilities
* UAE driving license is mandatory
* Professional, detail-oriented, and able to represent the company with integrity
