Job Overview
As an Interior Design BIM Modeler, you will play a critical role in producing accurate and coordinated BIM models that represent interior elements across residential and commercial projects. You will adhere to BIM standards, ensure model quality, extract relevant documentation, and collaborate with multiple design disciplines to support seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop accurate and detailed 3D interior models using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
* Maintain models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with LOD and BIM protocols
* Conduct clash detection using Navisworks or BIM 360 and assist in resolution with internal stakeholders
