Interior Designer - Hospitality Projects
Azizi Developments is expanding its award-winning Design 360 Studio and is hiring a talented Interior Designer specializing in hospitality projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Dubai’s most prestigious real estate developers and contribute to high-end hotel, F&B, and lifestyle-focused developments, including Azizi Venice and Burj Azizi.

What Does an Interior Designer in Hospitality Do at Azizi?
As an Interior Designer - Hospitality, you will play a hands-on role in conceptualizing and developing design presentations, technical documentation, and site coordination for 4-star and 5-star hotel projects, restaurants, and branded interiors. You’ll be working under the Interior Design Manager – Hospitality to bring design excellence and operational functionality together.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Prepare creative design concepts, sketches, mood boards, material palettes, and full presentations
- Develop interior design drawings including GAs, RCPs, sections, elevations, and millwork details
- Support full project life cycle from concept through DD and IFC stage documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure design intent is executed
- Attend and actively contribute to design meetings, workshops, and coordination reviews
- Provide input on hotel brand standards, design rollouts, and new design guideline developments
- Ensure adherence to Azizi’s studio processes, QA/QC checks, and industry best practices
- Monitor project progress, flag risks, and align deliverables with timelines and budgets
- Stay available for critical business needs even during off-hours and maintain a proxy communication system for continuity
- Assist with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and support studio-wide improvement goals
What Skills and Experience Are Required?
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related design field
Experience:
- Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in hospitality interior design (F&B and hotel sectors preferred)
- Proven track record of working on 4-star and 5-star hospitality interiors, with exposure to residential or retail being a bonus
Skills:
- Strong understanding of interior detailing, space planning, and FF&E selection
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with design documentation standards, regional codes, and coordination workflows
- Ability to develop and review DD and IFC packages with a focus on design integrity and technical accuracy
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills
- High level of accountability, flexibility, and ability to perform under pressure
