Interior Designer - Hospitality
Job Overview:
Azizi Developments is looking for a talented Interior Designer - Hospitality to join our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-end hospitality and F&B projects, contributing to concept creation, design development, and project execution. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver innovative and luxurious interior spaces that reflect Azizi\'s vision for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and ideas for hospitality and F&B projects, including 4-star and 5-star hotels.
- Prepare design presentations, sketches, and material boards to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Work on detailed drawings, including GA\'s, RCP\'s, sections and elevations, construction details, millwork details, and specifications.
- Oversee design rollouts and develop new hotel design guidelines.
- Manage projects through all phases, from concept to execution, ensuring design intent is maintained.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to achieve cohesive project delivery.
- Demonstrate knowledge of contract documents, specifications, FF&E, and regional design codes.
- Prepare and review DD and IFC packages to the highest standard, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Utilize advanced skills in REVIT, CAD, SketchUp, InDesign, and Photoshop for design and documentation.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity and project quality standards.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to their professional growth.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to manage expectations and timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-12 years of experience in Interior Design, focusing on Hospitality, F&B, Residential, Retail, Public Spaces, mixed-use, and commercial sectors.
- Strong experience in 4-star and 5-star hospitality projects is a must.
- Advanced proficiency in REVIT, CAD, SketchUp, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrated knowledge of contract documents, specifications, and regional design codes.
- Proven experience in developing design ideas, designing to budgets, and executing projects from concept to completion.
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to brief and work alongside technicians.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Local experience in the UAE and familiarity with regional codes and standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
