Interior Designer - Hospitality
Job Overview:
Azizi Developments is looking for a talented Interior Designer - Hospitality to join our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on high-end hospitality and F&B projects, contributing to concept creation, design development, and project execution. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver luxurious and innovative interior spaces that align with Azizi\'s vision for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and develop design concepts, including sketches, material boards, and design presentations.
- Work with detailed drawings, including GA\'s, RCP\'s, sections and elevations, construction details, and millwork specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project team members to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Develop design ideas and work on design rollouts, creating innovative concepts for 4-star and 5-star hospitality and F&B projects.
- Prepare and review DD and IFC packages to the highest standard, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Demonstrate knowledge of contract documents, specifications, FF&E, OSE services, and regional design codes.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to source materials and furnishings that align with design concepts.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to manage expectations and timelines.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design integrity and quality standards.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to their professional growth.
- Utilize advanced skills in REVIT, CAD, SketchUp, InDesign, and Photoshop for design and documentation.
- Ensure all design deliverables meet project timelines and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in Interior Design, focusing on Hospitality, F&B, Residential, Retail, Public Spaces, mixed-use, and commercial sectors.
- Strong experience in 4-star and 5-star hospitality projects is a must.
- Advanced proficiency in REVIT, CAD, SketchUp, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proven experience in developing design ideas, designing to budgets, and executing projects from concept to completion.
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to brief and work alongside technicians.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
- Local experience in the UAE and familiarity with regional codes and standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
