Azizi Developments is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our in-house Design 360 Studio in Dubai. This exciting opportunity is ideal for emerging architectural professionals passionate about hospitality design, concept development, and digital modeling. You’ll work alongside senior architects on world-class developments like Monaco Mansions and Azizi Venice.

What Does a Junior Architect Do in a Hospitality Project?
As a Junior Architect, you will support the design team in developing innovative hospitality spaces from concept to visualization. This includes producing 3D models, assisting with presentation materials, and integrating design research into proposals aligned with Azizi’s creative and commercial goals.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Contribute to early-stage concept development and design refinement
- Produce accurate 3D models, visualizations, and drawings using Revit, Rhino, and SketchUp
- Research design trends, materials, and precedents to inform project direction
- Work closely with visualization teams to prepare high-quality design presentations
- Collaborate with architects and integrate design feedback into working models
- Maintain organized documentation and design files for internal and external use
- Assist in hospitality-specific planning and spatial analysis as needed
What Skills and Experience Are Required?
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
Experience:
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience, preferably with exposure to hospitality projects
- Experience working in collaborative studio environments and supporting concept design
Skills:
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and SketchUp is essential
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus
- Strong freehand sketching and conceptual design abilities
- Excellent organizational, time management, and teamwork skills
- Strong visual communication and presentation preparation skills
- Understanding of hospitality design principles such as guest experience, ambiance, and space planning is a bonus
