Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for residents, investors, and external agencies, addressing queries, complaints, and service requests.
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality community services, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
- Supervise customer feedback processes, setting response times based on KPIs and following up on complaint resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance communication and address maintenance issues, ensuring a seamless living experience.
- Manage the invoicing and collection of community service charges to maintain financial sustainability for community operations.
- Ensure the financial compliance of all accounts, including budgeting, invoicing, and collections.
- Contribute to the annual operational plans for community management, safeguarding community assets and optimizing service delivery.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls for effective community management while ensuring compliance with RERA regulations.
- Provide Owners Association Management services, aligning with industry regulations and best practices.
- Monitor adherence to legal requirements and ensure all community management activities comply with relevant legislation.
- Prepare and distribute MIS reports to provide management with real-time insights into facility management progress.
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve the customer experience across all community engagement touchpoints.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team, ensuring high performance, continuous learning, and professional growth.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, promoting teamwork and rewarding outstanding contributions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Owners Association Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 4-6 years of experience in community management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of owners\' association regulations and best practices in Dubai.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, invoicing, and service charge collections.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
