What Does a Lead Technical Architect Do?
As a Lead Technical Architect, you will oversee all aspects of design delivery for high-profile residential and commercial developments. Working from our headquarters in Dubai, you will lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure architectural excellence across every design package—from concept to construction documentation.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Lead and manage architectural teams (internal and external), ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Set and implement architectural package delivery strategies aligned with Azizi standards
- Coordinate closely with BIM teams, consultants, engineers, and the in-house sales, procurement, and marketing teams
- Conduct QA/QC reviews and oversee authority submissions and coordination with regulatory bodies
- Present design progress to senior stakeholders and provide detailed weekly/monthly updates
- Guide project teams in design reviews, technical detailing, and compliance with specifications
- Support mentoring and development of junior team members to foster innovation and productivity
- Ensure all project outputs meet industry standards and internal benchmarks for excellence
What Skills Are Needed for a Senior Architecture Role in Dubai?
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor\'s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in large-scale real estate design and technical delivery
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, project lifecycle management, and authority regulations
Software Proficiency:
- Expert in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM360, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office tools
- Familiarity with Photoshop, MS Project, and BIM coordination platforms
Key Competencies:
- Ability to lead large multidisciplinary teams with confidence
- Technical acumen to manage full project lifecycle and resolve design challenges
