Lead Technical Architect
Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead Technical Architect to join our team in Dubai. This role is responsible for managing architectural design production, ensuring quality control, and overseeing the coordination of technical packages within our high-profile real estate developments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architectural project delivery, team leadership, and technical design execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and provide strategic direction to the assigned architectural team, ensuring clear guidance and support
- Oversee architectural design package delivery, ensuring compliance with project timelines and Azizi Developments standards
- Manage and delegate responsibilities to senior, junior, and BIM team members while maintaining clear direction and accountability
- Present architectural design progress, status updates, and reports to the line manager on a weekly/monthly basis
- Ensure project packages are completed within scheduled timelines and as per required quality benchmarks
- Supervise architectural design production, QA/QC processes, authority submissions, and marketing deliverables
- Collaborate with specialists, sub-consultants, procurement teams, and sales departments to integrate technical and commercial project requirements
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and innovation within the design delivery team
- Review and manage all technical design packages developed by in-house teams and external consultants
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure functional and sales requirements align with project design objectives
- Maintain effective architectural design delivery and quality control while adhering to international and local standards
- Handle daily team issues, mitigate potential delays, and report progress to the line manager in a timely manner
- Contribute to team development through mentoring, knowledge-sharing, and fostering an efficient design delivery process
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture or Engineering
- Extensive experience in full design project management, technical design execution, material specifications, and construction methodologies
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project)
- Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM Management, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, BIM 360)
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and ensure seamless execution of design projects
