Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve targeted occupancy and expansion goals

* Lead lease negotiations with landlords and developers to secure favorable terms
* Manage retail property portfolio ensuring optimal performance and rental value
* Maintain strong relationships with landlords and property management teams

* Work closely with brand, marketing, and operations teams to align leasing with business needs
* Prepare performance reports, track KPIs, and recommend strategic improvements

* 5 to 7 years of experience in retail leasing, preferably within fashion or lifestyle sector
* Strong knowledge of UAE retail real estate market and prime locations
* Proven ability in lease negotiation and portfolio management
* Experience in financial analysis related to leasing and occupancy costs
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
