* Build and sustain long-term client relationships with investors, developers, and legal partners
* Conduct in-depth market research to identify upcoming opportunities and off-market assets
* Ensure full compliance with UAE real estate regulations and documentation procedures
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury or high-value property sales
* Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s premium real estate landscape
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
* Confidence in dealing with high-profile clients and sensitive transactions
* Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field (preferred)
* Arabic language skills are an asset but not mandatory
