Job Overview
As Learning and Development Manager, you will lead complex learning initiatives from scoping and supplier engagement to execution and performance measurement. This role requires strong leadership and negotiation capabilities, as well as the ability to align learning strategies with the organization’s evolving business goals. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders and vendors to deliver scalable, high-impact development solutions across Majid Al Futtaim Holding.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end management of large-scale learning and leadership development programs
* Drive project scoping, budgeting, vendor assessment, and stakeholder alignment
* Ensure learning interventions align with business priorities and performance indicators
* Oversee supplier partnerships and hold them accountable for quality and timelines
* Collaborate with senior leaders to identify learning needs and recommend strategic solutions
* Present program outcomes and reports to executive stakeholders
* Innovate in learning delivery through digital tools, blended solutions, and new technologies
* Promote continuous improvement through feedback loops and learning analytics
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or related discipline
* Minimum 9 years of experience, including 5 years in managing large-scale learning programs in a corporate setting
* Strong grasp of instructional design, adult learning principles, and modern L&D technologies
* Experience leading vendor engagements and large project teams
* Proven ability to influence and communicate with senior business leaders
* Strategic thinking, excellent planning, and presentation skills
* Up-to-date knowledge of L&D trends, digital learning, and performance metrics
