Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a structured handover framework to ensure smooth pre-handover and key handover processes.
- Continuously assess and improve handover procedures to eliminate bottlenecks and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure all pre-handover preparations, such as gifts, notices, and EDMs, are completed before the handover date.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and property readiness.
- Liaise with CRM teams to schedule handover appointments efficiently.
- Ensure units are handed over within the agreed service level agreements.
- Verify that all required payments are completed before handing over property keys.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a professional resolution to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead and mentor a team of handover coordinators to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
- Confirm key appointments, outstanding payments, and necessary waivers before customer visits.
- Conduct training and performance assessments for handover executives and support staff.
- Implement strategies to improve customer experience and promote positive word-of-mouth referrals.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently to maintain client trust and retention.
- Stay updated on real estate industry trends, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Manage additional responsibilities to support overall project success and business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or Property Valuation (Master’s preferred).
- Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP), CRM Certification, or Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) is an advantage.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in handover services, customer service, sales, or marketing in real estate.
- Proven expertise in commercial real estate handover operations.
- Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills in English and/or Arabic.
- Ability to develop and implement effective customer management strategies.
- Capability to work under pressure and meet stringent deadlines while maintaining service excellence.
