Marketing Manager – MAF Entertainment | Head Office – Dubai, UAE
Role Summary
Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment is looking for a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives across our Leisure and Entertainment brands including Activate, Magic Planet, Little Explorers, Yalla Bowling, iFly, and new concepts. This role is focused on delivering innovative campaigns that enhance brand visibility, increase admissions, and strengthen customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies for Leisure and Entertainment brands, including new brand launches.
* Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive admissions and brand engagement.
* Analyze consumer behavior and database insights to create data-driven strategies and targeted campaigns.
* Manage annual marketing and communications plans including PR, media buying, partnerships, content creation, and social media engagement.
* Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution and measurable ROI.
* Ensure marketing initiatives adhere to legal requirements, brand guidelines, and government regulations.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to adapt marketing plans and pricing models.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
* 5–8 years of experience in marketing within entertainment or leisure industries in the Middle East region.
* Proven track record in executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
* Strong knowledge of digital and traditional marketing strategies.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
* Ability to travel when required.
