Job Overview
As MEP Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of MEP works across multiple sites, managing subcontractors, coordinating with the main contractor, and ensuring smooth testing and handover processes. You will also support senior project managers on larger-scale developments, reporting regularly on site progress and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage MEP engineers, foremen, technicians, and subcontractors on site
* Ensure engineering, procurement, execution, testing, and commissioning of MEP services meet quality and deadline expectations
* Submit all required documentation including MEP drawings, RFIs, procurement schedules, and weekly progress reports
* Coordinate closely with procurement and supplier teams to ensure material availability
* Resolve site execution issues and ensure timely approvals and inspections
* Oversee MEP clearance processes with main contractors and authorities
* Monitor installation quality and adherence to project specifications and safety protocols
* Plan and execute testing and commissioning activities as per timeline
* Prepare and submit As-Built documentation and complete client training/handover support
Job Requirements
* Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* 10+ years of experience in MEP construction within UAE real estate or construction projects
* Proven leadership of MEP teams for residential or commercial building projects
* Strong knowledge of UAE authority regulations and MEP standards
* Experience in preparing project documentation, coordinating subcontractors, and delivering full-cycle MEP services
* Excellent site coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills
