Job Overview
As a Patient Relations Supervisor in Dubai with Al-Futtaim’s HealthHub Clinic, you will manage front-of-house operations, lead the reception team, and ensure patients receive top-tier customer care. This is a leadership role at the intersection of healthcare operations and service excellence, offering a chance to make a tangible impact in a growing community-focused clinic.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and guide a team of Patient Relations Executives
* Oversee daily operations at the clinic reception and service desks
* Maintain high standards of customer service and patient interaction
* Resolve patient inquiries and complaints efficiently and empathetically
* Coordinate closely with clinical, administrative, and IT teams for smooth service delivery
* Monitor and enhance front-office workflows and patient wait time
* Implement customer service training and support staff development
Reporting & MIS
* Track and report front-desk KPIs including patient feedback and turnaround time
* Assist in scheduling, patient volume reporting, and operational audits
Governance & Standards
* Ensure strict compliance with clinic protocols and UAE healthcare regulations
* Promote a culture of respect, collaboration, and integrity among the team
Required Skills and Experience
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in patient services or healthcare customer relations
* Prior team supervision experience within a clinic or hospital environment
* Fluent in English; Arabic is an added advantage
* Strong understanding of clinic management systems and MS Office
* Problem-solving mindset and a customer-first approach
