This role plays a vital part in supporting the operational efficiency of our stone, aluminum, joinery, and other related factories by ensuring all disbursements are accurate, timely, and in line with compliance standards.

Job Overview
The Payment Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payment lifecycle for factory-related transactions. This includes certification follow-ups, documentation control, financial coordination, and reporting for material procurement and production disbursements. A strong background in construction material workflows and factory supply chain knowledge is required to ensure effective collaboration with procurement, QS, and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage payments for raw materials, factory equipment, subcontractors, and service providers
* Maintain accurate payment logs including certification and approval tracking
* Coordinate with vendors to obtain necessary documentation supporting payment processing
* Liaise with Quantity Surveying and commercial teams to validate payment certifications
* Report payment status and updates to the commercial or payment control manager
* Coordinate with finance departments to ensure timely disbursements
* Support documentation for statutory authority-related payments where applicable
* Ensure all disbursements align with procurement schedules and production workflows
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
* Minimum 4–6 years of experience in payment processing within factories or construction material supply
* Industry background in stone, aluminum, joinery, or building material production preferred
* Proficient in MS Excel; working knowledge of XPEDION or SAP is required
* Strong documentation, coordination, and ERP-based reporting skills
* Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
