Azizi Developments is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to support the General Manager in managing day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for candidates with a hospitality background who can handle executive-level coordination, communication, and scheduling in a fast-paced corporate environment.

What Does a Personal Assistant Do at Azizi?

As a Personal Assistant to the GM, you will be responsible for managing administrative duties, organizing schedules, handling confidential correspondence, and ensuring the smooth flow of communication between the GM’s office and internal and external stakeholders.

What Are the Key Responsibilities?

- Organize and maintain the General Manager’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring relevant materials and agendas are prepared
- Manage confidential communications including emails, phone calls, and executive correspondence
- Draft and format reports, memos, presentations, and other business documentation
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to support business operations
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining organized records, files, and databases
- Assist in planning, tracking, and executing special projects as delegated by the GM
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all tasks

What Skills and Experience Are Required?

Education and Background:
- Must have a background in hospitality or experience working in a hospitality-related organization

Experience:
- Proven work history as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role
- Previous support experience for C-level executives or senior management is preferred

Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
