Job Overview
As a Planner at Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle, you will be responsible for ensuring the right stock reaches the right location at the right time. This includes analyzing performance data, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and collaborating with buying, logistics, and store operations teams to drive revenue and improve customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
* Ensure stock availability across locations in line with sales forecasts and allocation plans
* Analyze product and category performance to maintain optimal stock levels
* Plan end-of-season markdowns and clearance to align with margin goals
* Track customer preferences and trends to support assortment decisions
* Monitor warehouse fulfillment and coordinate with logistics for timely stock delivery
* Create weekly WSSI (Weekly Sales, Stock, and Intake) reports to highlight performance gaps and opportunities
* Maintain cross-functional communication with buying, logistics, and store operations teams
* Identify replenishment opportunities and execute allocation strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline
* 2–4 years of experience in a similar planner role within a retail environment (mandatory)
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
* Proficient in retail planning tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
* Excellent verbal and written communication in English
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Team-oriented with a collaborative and proactive approach
