Azizi Developments is hiring a Planning Engineer to join our expanding Design 360 Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards Office in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to coordinate multiple design and engineering disciplines while supporting the timely delivery of landmark projects such as Burj Azizi, Monaco Mansions, and Azizi Venice – Dubai’s luxurious Venetian-inspired waterfront community.

Role Summary
The Planning Engineer will support the Deputy Head of Design and Engineering in managing project schedules, resources, and performance across multiple ongoing developments. This position ensures effective project planning, coordination, and delivery in alignment with Azizi Developments’ quality and timeline standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, manage, and coordinate resources and project tasks across the design studio.
* Provide project management support and guidance to Design Management Teams.
* Prepare and maintain project schedules, reports, and progress updates.
* Develop and maintain a high-level studio workload master program.
* Establish project control procedures and determine necessary resources.
* Support compliance with quality assurance and documentation procedures.
* Maintain and monitor change registers, coordinating between design teams and external consultants.
* Identify and report projects at risk in relation to time and quality.
* Support risk management practices and ensure timely reporting to studio leadership.
* Coordinate procurement and performance management of external consultants.
* Lead and train a team of Planning Engineers and oversee their deliverables.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
* 5–8 years of relevant experience in planning or project management within design and construction.
* Strong project management and communication skills.
* In-depth knowledge of project planning, controls, and design processes.
* Commercial and contractual understanding.
* Proficiency in Primavera, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and ensure on-time delivery.
