Project Engineer Architectural
Azizi Developments is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer Architectural to oversee and supervise architectural construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and quality standards while collaborating with the project team to deliver high-end real estate developments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and inspect architectural and finishing activities on-site to ensure adherence to approved shop drawings and project specifications
- Ensure timely execution of construction works within budget and in compliance with regulatory standards and safety guidelines
- Monitor project progress, identify delays or deviations, and recommend corrective actions to maintain project schedules
- Conduct quality checks to verify compliance with construction plans, materials, and finishing requirements
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical issues and enhance workflow efficiency
- Implement and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality management procedures for site activities
- Prepare reports and documentation related to project progress, inspections, and compliance matters
- Recommend improvements to processes and construction methodologies for optimized project execution
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in construction site supervision and architectural project execution
- Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, building codes, and construction best practices
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple site activities efficiently
