Project Manager – Site Execution and Delivery
Azizi Developments is currently seeking a results-driven Project Manager to join our expanding Design 360 Studio. This is a key role in overseeing large-scale real estate developments across Dubai, including iconic projects such as Burj Azizi, Monaco Mansions, and Azizi Venice. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing complex site operations while upholding quality, timelines, and safety standards.

What Does a Project Manager Do at Azizi?
As a Project Manager reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will take ownership of site-level execution, ensuring timely progress, cost control, and adherence to safety and quality standards. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to align construction activities with project goals and deliver world-class outcomes.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Lead project execution by managing site staff, contractors, and resources to meet timelines and quality benchmarks
- Develop and monitor project schedules and coordinate site activities accordingly
- Allocate site staff in coordination with the Senior Project Manager to optimize resources
- Maintain strict control over project budgets and cost tracking systems
- Ensure construction progress aligns with the approved work program and delivery milestones
- Enforce rigorous quality standards for all construction works, ensuring compliance with design intent and specifications
- Implement and uphold safety protocols across the job site, promoting a zero-incident culture
- Work closely with Quantity Surveyors on monthly valuations, variations, and cost reporting
- Prepare and submit site progress reports and provide technical insights for decision-making
- Facilitate coordination between internal departments, consultants, and contractors for seamless project execution
What Skills and Experience Are Required?
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering
- Must hold a valid UAE Society of Engineers license
Experience:
- 16 to 25 years of experience in civil construction, preferably with developers or consultancy firms in the UAE
- Proven experience managing site operations for mid-to-large-scale residential and commercial projects
Skills:
- Strong command of construction sequencing, site logistics, and resource planning
- Expertise in project scheduling tools and project cost management systems
- Proficiency in quality assurance protocols and UAE construction safety standards
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple contractors, resolve site-level issues swiftly, and ensure on-time delivery
