Key Responsibilities

* Manage leasing support, tenancy contracts, resident onboarding and required documentation for smooth property handover and occupancy.
* Coordinate client verification, agreement execution and tenant records with accuracy and proper follow-up.
* Supervise post-handover services by tracking reported issues, arranging timely resolution and maintaining updated service records.
* Oversee housekeeping operations, including team attendance, duty allocation, task completion and quality checks.
* Coordinate landscaping maintenance, contractor visits, inspection schedules and site follow-ups to maintain community appearance and safety.
* Manage reception and front desk operations to ensure professional service, clear communication and positive resident experience.
* Administer community security coordination, gate pass procedures, compliance checks and incident reporting with security teams.
* Build strong relationships with residents, clients, vendors and contractors to support satisfaction and operational continuity.
* Assist in implementing SOPs, improving work processes and identifying practical ways to reduce delays or service gaps.
* Support quality control across housekeeping, landscaping, reception and resident-facing services.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Facility Management or a related field.
* 3-5 years of experience in property operations, facility management, community management or post-handover services.
* Hands-on exposure to tenancy coordination, leasing documentation, resident onboarding and property service requests.
* Strong ability to manage multi-functional teams across housekeeping, landscaping, reception and security support.
* Confident in handling client queries, escalations, service follow-ups and compliance-related coordination.
* Organized approach to documentation, contractor scheduling, inspections and daily operational reporting.
* Good communication skills with a service-focused and professional approach to residents and stakeholders.
* Ability to work in a busy property environment where response time, accuracy and client satisfaction are important.
