Saeed Juma Al Naboodah Real Estate Co. LLC is seeking an experienced Property Supervisor to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our rental properties in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure that tenants enjoy a safe, well-maintained, and legally compliant living and working environment. This role involves property inspections, coordinating repairs, and managing contractors while ensuring compliance with local fire, safety, and building regulations.

Experience: 5-6 years in a supervisory role within Facilities Management
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the overall maintenance and upkeep of buildings, showrooms, and warehouses
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Investigate accidents, potential hazards, or equipment failures to prevent future incidents
- Maintain adequate inventories of tools, supplies, and parts to support maintenance operations
- Oversee third-party service providers for repairs, renovations, and compliance-related services
- Ensure all regulatory and authority requirements are met, including renewals for permits and inspections
- Monitor building equipment performance, such as elevators, fire extinguishers, and smoke detectors, ensuring compliance with safety codes
- Prepare detailed reports on maintenance issues, repair needs, and property conditions
- Lead a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in a supervisory role within Facilities Management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple properties effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication and negotiation skills to coordinate with tenants, contractors, and regulatory authorities
