Property Supervisor
Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group is seeking a dedicated Property Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of rental properties in Dubai. This role ensures that tenants enjoy a safe and well-maintained living environment while addressing any maintenance or operational issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage property-related concerns proactively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities to resolve issues promptly
- Investigate accidents or hazardous conditions on the property, implementing preventive measures
- Maintain an adequate inventory of tools, supplies, and parts for equipment repairs
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, buildings, showrooms, and warehouses to ensure cleanliness and upkeep
- Follow scheduled inspections for elevators, fire extinguishers, and smoke detectors in compliance with local fire and building codes
- Prepare detailed reports of maintenance issues for resolution by the maintenance staff
- Schedule and coordinate repairs or renovations with contractors and external service providers
- Monitor property conditions to identify potential problems before they escalate
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory authority requirements across properties and coordinate with service providers for necessary renewals
Required Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience in property management, facilities supervision, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of building maintenance, safety standards, and compliance requirements
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to liaise with tenants, contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Ability to prepare detailed reports and maintain organized records of property conditions
