The role is focused on ensuring strict compliance with quality standards across our high-profile residential and commercial projects. You will report directly to the QA/QC Manager and play a vital role in delivering quality across all site operations.

Job Overview
The QA/QC Inspector will be responsible for daily site inspections, documentation, and coordination with contractors to ensure that all construction activities meet project specifications and local authority standards, including those of Dubai Municipality and Trakhees.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct daily site inspections to verify adherence to approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards
* Review and approve method statements, ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans), and material submittals
* Monitor ongoing construction work and raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when deviations occur
* Coordinate closely with contractors and subcontractors to implement QA/QC procedures
* Prepare inspection reports, maintain snag lists, and compile handover documentation
* Attend quality control meetings with clients, consultants, and main contractors
* Assist in internal audits and participate in external inspections and authority approvals
* Ensure thorough documentation of all QA/QC activities and maintain compliance with ISO requirements
* Collaborate with design and supervision teams to identify and resolve quality concerns
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field
* 5 to 8 years of QA/QC experience in construction, including at least 3 years in the UAE
* Prior experience with consulting firms on high-rise or residential building projects
* In-depth knowledge of UAE construction practices and local authority standards
* Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and technical assessments
* Strong communication and coordination skills
