Azizi Developments is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to join our Supervision team in Dubai. You will be responsible for establishing and managing quality control systems to ensure all project elements meet compliance, regulatory standards, and our high construction quality benchmarks. This role reports to the Senior Project Manager and is critical in supporting the execution of landmark projects including Azizi Venice and Burj Azizi.

Job Overview
The QA/QC Manager will oversee all quality-related functions across the project lifecycle, from planning to delivery. This includes creating QA policies, supervising inspections, ensuring compliance with Dubai regulations, conducting audits, and driving continual quality improvements.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in alignment with ISO standards and local regulations
* Manage quality control processes for materials, construction methods, and on-site activities
* Conduct routine audits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and authority requirements
* Identify non-conformities, conduct root cause analysis, and lead corrective and preventive action implementation
* Supervise the QA/QC team, providing training and technical guidance
* Track and manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), audit findings, and resolution status
* Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to improve process efficiency and quality outcomes
* Prepare detailed reports on inspections, site quality audits, and project quality performance metrics
Job Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
* 10+ years of experience in QA/QC roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a consultant firm within the UAE
* Strong knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations, including Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, and other relevant authorities
* Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems and international QA/QC practices
* Excellent attention to detail and documentation practices
* Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills
