Quality Assurance Manager – MAF Global Solutions | MAF Tech – Dubai UAE
Role Summary
Majid Al Futtaim is looking for a highly experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and enhance software testing and quality processes across multiple projects and programs. This role is critical in developing robust quality assurance strategies, ensuring industry-standard testing practices, and delivering high-quality software solutions that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Assurance strategy tailored to project requirements and industry best practices.
* Oversee end-to-end testing processes, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and automation testing.
* Define and maintain QA methodologies, test plans, and deliverables aligned with SDLC and organizational objectives.
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA professionals to ensure timely and quality-focused project delivery.
* Drive QA initiatives, process improvements, and automation strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
* Collaborate with stakeholders including developers, project managers, and business analysts for seamless QA integration in project lifecycles.
* Monitor and report on quality metrics, project risks, and compliance with testing standards.
* Identify opportunities for tool enhancements and implement innovative testing technologies.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering (Master’s preferred).
* 8–12 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
* Strong expertise in both manual and automated testing, including experience with tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, or similar.
* Proven experience in test planning, scheduling, and managing QA teams for large-scale integrated projects.
* Solid knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
* Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
