Role Summary
We are seeking motivated and client-focused Real Estate Sales Consultants to join a fast-paced and opportunity-rich environment in Dubai. This is a commission-based role ideal for individuals who want unlimited earning potential in the UAE\'s dynamic property market. You will handle client consultations, property showings, and negotiations for both off-plan and secondary properties.

What You’ll Do

* Handle property listings with accurate details, photography, and pricing information
* Work actively on both off-plan and secondary property markets
* Schedule and conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants
* Negotiate contracts and close deals with favorable terms for all parties
* Keep current on market conditions, pricing trends, and legal regulations
* Develop marketing plans to promote listings via digital channels and open houses
* Build a strong network of buyers, sellers, agents, and service providers
* Provide exceptional service and consistent follow-ups to maintain client relationships
Ideal Profile
* Passionate about real estate with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
* Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
* Ability to work independently with support from the Sales Director and management
* Previous experience in Dubai’s real estate market is a plus but not mandatory
* Familiarity with CRM systems and online listing platforms
