Join Deloitte’s Real Estate Valuation team and take on an exciting role where you will conduct property valuations, analyze market trends, and support global valuation audits. This opportunity will allow you to work with international Deloitte member firms, handling financial feasibility studies, due diligence exercises, and valuation model assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct real estate valuations for commercial, residential, industrial, and land properties.
- Apply valuation methodologies such as cost approach, direct comparison, and income approach.
- Utilize ARGUS Enterprise for valuation modeling and financial analysis.
- Perform market research, benchmarking, and data analysis on valuation drivers such as rental rates, vacancies, and cap rates.
- Support audit teams in reviewing external valuation models and reports, ensuring compliance with IFRS.
- Prepare valuation reports, feasibility studies, and financial projections.
- Provide guidance and supervision to junior team members.
- Collaborate with Deloitte offices in Canada, the UK, Australia, and the Middle East.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in real estate valuation.
- Strong understanding of valuation principles and IFRS standards.
- Proficiency in ARGUS Enterprise (certification is a plus).
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with real estate data sources like Costar and RCA Analytics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- MBA in Real Estate preferred.
- MRICS certification is highly desirable.
- CFA (International) is an added advantage.
