Azizi Developments is looking for an experienced Rebar Detailer to join our engineering team in Dubai. The role focuses on preparing detailed reinforcement drawings, bar bending schedules, and shop drawings to support the construction of large-scale residential and commercial projects.

Role Summary
The Rebar Detailer is responsible for producing accurate reinforcement detailing and bar bending schedules for structural elements in compliance with UAE construction standards. The position involves close coordination with engineers, architects, and site teams to ensure the quality and precision of rebar documentation throughout all project stages.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed reinforcement drawings, bar bending schedules, and shop drawings based on structural and architectural designs.
* Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
* Coordinate with structural engineers, architects, and site teams to resolve detailing issues.
* Ensure all rebar detailing complies with ACI, BS, and UAE construction codes.
* Perform quantity take-offs and verify rebar quantities for accuracy.
* Produce as-built rebar drawings and documentation for project handover.
* Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, or similar CAD software for precise detailing and layouts.
* Maintain proper documentation, revisions, and drawing control in line with quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline.
* Minimum 5 years of rebar detailing experience in high-rise or large-scale projects within the UAE or GCC.
* Proficient in AutoCAD, RebarCAD, Tekla Structures, or similar software.
* Strong understanding of structural design and reinforcement detailing principles.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
* Familiarity with local authority requirements and construction practices.
