Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand the company’s client base through proactive networking and lead generation
- Provide expert advice on off-plan real estate investments, ensuring clients make informed decisions
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment plans while ensuring compliance with real estate laws and company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless property transactions and excellent customer service
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches to maintain a competitive edge
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and sales progress in CRM systems
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in off-plan real estate sales within the UAE market
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or a related field
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment
- Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends in Dubai
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
