key responsibilities
- support residential resale activities, including change of ownership transactions, gifting, court orders, and musataha agreements
- collaborate with internal teams, developers, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth resale transactions
- follow up on settlement agreements and documentation to ensure accuracy, completion, and adherence to contractual obligations
- coordinate with relevant parties to promptly resolve any settlement-related issues
- ensure strict compliance with novation agreements and other contractual terms throughout the resale process
- respond to residential inquiries, providing timely and accurate information to ensure transparency
- escalate complex queries to section head and seek guidance as required
- maintain up-to-date records reflecting changes and developments accurately
- foster positive relationships with residents, developers, legal teams, and internal departments to enhance communication and collaboration
- prepare regular reports for senior management to aid in decision-making
- ensure all transactions align with legal, regulatory, and industry requirements
required skills and qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent qualification; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate or customer service-related roles
