**What You’ll Do**
* Drive overall store performance to meet and exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage targets
* Lead and coach team members to deliver premium customer service and upsell exclusive products
* Monitor stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and retail standards execution
* Track KPIs, review category performance, and implement targeted action plans
* Ensure all promotional campaigns and visual merchandising meet brand and marketing standards
* Maintain store operational compliance with SOPs, HSE protocols, grooming policies, and mall regulations
* Engage in workforce planning, staff development, performance reviews, and in-role progression plans
* Act as the brand ambassador when resolving customer issues and building loyalty programs
* Oversee reporting, cash handling, daily reconciliations, and back-office documentation
**Ideal Profile**
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing retail teams, preferably in the beauty and cosmetics sector
* Strong analytical mindset with experience in budgeting, OPEX control, shrinkage prevention, and system-based reporting
* Exceptional leadership, coaching, and conflict-resolution abilities
* Familiar with customer journey mapping and loyalty engagement strategies
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
* Skilled in POS systems, inventory management, and promotional execution
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and highly collaborative with a team-oriented mindset
