We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Revit Modeler to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. This role involves creating and managing accurate Building Information Modeling (BIM) models for large-scale residential, commercial, and high-rise construction projects.

Job Overview
As a Revit Modeler, you will be responsible for developing detailed 3D models, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, and ensuring accurate documentation for high-profile real estate projects. You will play a key role in supporting the design and construction process using BIM technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed Revit models for architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
- Coordinate BIM models with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to integrate design changes and updates.
- Generate 2D and 3D drawings, shop drawings, and detailed documentation from Revit models.
- Ensure compliance with BIM standards, project requirements, and local regulations.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks or similar tools.
- Assist in developing BIM workflows and best practices to improve efficiency.
- Work on high-rise, residential, and commercial construction projects.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Revit Modeler in the construction industry.
- Strong expertise in Revit for BIM modeling, with proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience in architectural, structural, or MEP modeling for large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with clash detection software like Navisworks is a plus.
- Knowledge of UAE construction codes and regulations is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
