Customer Service and Sales

At the cash wrap, the role requires an efficient and orderly approach while supporting gift card promotion and customer information capture in accordance with store procedures.
Visual and Store Support
* Support store presentation and visual planning requirements.
* Use relevant computer-aided design applications when creating or supporting store visuals.
* Apply tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Illustrator, or Photoshop as required.
* Help maintain an organised retail environment aligned with store standards.
* Coordinate with colleagues and management on daily store priorities.
Required Skills
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Strong verbal communication capability.
* Ability to maintain store cleanliness and organisation standards.
* Ability to interact confidently and professionally with customers.
